Zenithe Insurance is a non-life insurance and reinsurance company, whose aim is to market products and damage insurance benefits. Its ambition is to ensure a healthy and substained growth so as to rise in the medium term to the forefront of Cameroon market.

The quality approach is the major pilar of the development strategy of Zenithe Insurance. Its implementation enabled us to develop and create the following : 

  • A responsible behaviour of staff and partners in the conduct of activities directed towards customer satisfaction ;
  • Accessibility to employment and increased skills ;
  • Compliance to obligations, legal and regulatory requirements.

This approach revolves around three objectives :

  • The continious satisfaction of customers, shareholders, staff and partners ;
  • Continious quest for improvement to ensure cost effectiveness, taking into consideration our socio-economic environment ; 
  • The renewal of the multi-site certificate following the ISO 9001-2015 and referral to the ISO 26000 and 27000 standards.

The lines to follow to meet these objectives boils down to :

  • Anticipation : this is to prevent risks of whatever nature and implement actions to avoid them ;
  • Innovation : this is to better understand customers and partners requirements so as to create products and conditions tailored to their needs and expectations ; 
  • Implication : this is to communicate, inform and empower everyone around regarding the values of quality approach and objectives.

To adjust this strategic orientation, a biannual journal is organised to measure the achievement of set goals.

The department hereby agrees to put in pleace necessary resources for controlling the Quality Management System (QMS), whose follow-up and promotion shall be coordinated by Mr. Antoine NOUWAJOU with the support of all quality players within the company's network.
