Images of ZENITHE Insurance at "Journées Portes Ouvertes des assurances du Littoral 2021"
On 13 and 14 of October 2021, at « Maison du Parti Bonanjo, » Douala, the National Department for Insurance in collaboration with the Monetary Affairs and Insurance Service for the region of Littoral organised « The Insurance open days ». An event that brought together insurers, policyholders, and the public to dialogue on the profession.
Under the theme "Safeguarding the interests of policyholders and beneficiaries of insurance contracts", the aim of the dialogue was to raise public awareness on the rules and regulations with regards to the management of claims, the role of technical experts, as well as the centralisation of insurance certificates.
This year’s edition had as innovation, "The insurance products fair" which was a presentation by each company to communicate on their recent innovations.
ZENITHE Insurance grabbed the opportunity to present its online platform as a digital channel for insurance subscription, declaration and follow-up of claims, as well as the biometric health card, for the care of its insured.
